PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. Great Mortgage Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1 st , 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on , August 31st , 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to (i) all persons legally allowed to own Real Estate in Ontario, except employees, agents and representatives of Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC. “) and its advertising and promotion agencies and their affiliated companies and subsidiaries, and (ii) all legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in the Province of Ontario and of residence at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes except employees, agents and representatives of Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies and their affiliated companies and subsidiaries and members of their families or persons with whom they are domiciled. Mortgage must be in good standing on the day of the Sweepstakes draw, and (iii) participants must be present at the time of draw to win.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Submit a bona fide mortgage application through a Participating Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Broker/Agent. Provided your mortgage application has been approved by all appropriate parties/creditors and subsequently funded through Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc before the Sweepstakes closing date (“Qualifying Mortgage”), your name will be automatically entered- Limit one entry per Qualifying Mortgage. To generate an entry, the mortgaged property must be a residential property with not more than two units. No entry will be generated for funding of a commercial mortgage, Home Equity Line of Credit, Collateral Charges, Mortgage with a funding value or increase and blend amount of not less than $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars), Bridge Financing, Multi Unit Residential Mortgage or Progress Advance-Construction Draw Mortgage. Only one entry per eligible mortgage will be generated in the names of all the mortgagors.
4. PRIZES:
Grand Prize
During the Sweepstakes Period one prize valued at up to $1,000 per month for a period of 12 months or one year. One (1) prize will be awarded in total during the Sweepstakes Period. The total estimated value of the Grand Prize will depend on the number of entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize may be taken by the winner(s) in the form of 12 monthly post dated cheques.
In all cases where the Grand Prize winner(s) is a Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. mortgage customer and has made a mortgage payment(s) on the mortgage which generated the winning entry between the draw date and the time the Grand Prize has been awarded, the winner(s) will be reimbursed the amount of the payment up to $1000 per month, not to exceed 12 months. In addition, Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. will pay the winner(s) costs (if any) related to any fees incurred as a result of being selected as Grand Prize winner(s).
5. SWEEPSTAKES DRAW DATE: Random draw for the Prize will be held in Ontario on September 21st 2012. (the “Draw Date”). The odds of being selected as a winner in the random draw depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZE AWARDING: Prizes will be awarded only upon winner verification and final approval by the independent Sweepstakes organization. Prizes must be accepted by all mortgagors as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of prizes will be allowed, unless at the discretion of Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. which may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All cash prize values will be awarded via cheque. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. Attempts will be made to contact the selected entrants at the telephone number and/or mailing address listed on the Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. systems, or on the mail-in entries, between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time for a period of ten (10) working days following the Draw Date. If a selected entrant(s) cannot be contacted within the allotted time, Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible entrant for that prize. In order to be declared an official winner, the selected entrant(s) must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing mathematical question without mechanical or other assistance. The selected entrants will be required to complete, sign and return to the independent Sweepstakes organization a Declaration and Release Form within seven (7) days of delivery. If the selected entrant(s) is a Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. mortgage customer(s), the Declaration and Release Form must be signed by each of the persons shown in DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC.’s records as being a mortgagor on the applicable mortgaged property. If a selected entrant(s) fails to complete, sign and return the Declaration and Release Form to the independent Sweepstakes organization within seven (7) days and/or provides an incorrect answer to the skill-testing mathematical question, Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible entrant for that Prize. By completing, signing and returning the Declaration and Release Form, the entrant(s) (i) confirms compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, (ii) releases and forever discharges DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC. , its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of the acceptance or use of the Prize, and (iii) gives permission to DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC. , at its option, to publish or otherwise use the entrant’s name, address, photograph, voice and comments, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. or its advertising agencies. Prizes will be sent to the official winners or applied to the applicable mortgages within 10 days after receipt of the signed and fully completed Declaration and Release Form, including the correctly answered skill-testing mathematical question. (iv) Entrants must be present at time of draw to receive prize, the draw takes place during our “Client Appreciation Day” on the 1st day of September. Entrants will be disqualified if not present.
7. SWEEPSTAKES GENERAL RULES: By entering the “Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. Mortgage Great Mortgage Giveaway Sweepstakes,” entrants agree to abide by these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations and the decisions of DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC. , which are final. Eligible entries into this Sweepstakes may be used to compile a contact listing. This listing may be used by Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. to contact individuals, via telephone and/or mail, to discuss and/or promote financial and Insurance services. Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. shall in no way bear any liability whatsoever regarding any of the prizes. Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. will not be responsible for late, lost, invalid, illegible, delayed, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage due entries. All entries become the property of DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC., and will not be returned.
8. WINNERS LIST: A list of the official winners in the Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. Great Mortgage Giveaway will be available by sending a self-addressed, sufficient postage paid envelope for receipt by December 31, 2012 to: “Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. Mortgage Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners List Request”, 158 Dunlop Street East Barrie, Ontario L4M 1B1. To do so you must have been an applicant in the Sweepstakes. The list will also be available on Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. website at www.greatmortgagegiveaway.com
9. DISQUALIFICATION: Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as jointly determined by the independent Sweepstakes organization and Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. will be disqualified. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DOMINION LENDING CENTRES YBM GROUP INC., which, in the sole opinion of the independent Sweepstakes organization, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the Sweepstakes, Dominion Lending Centres YBM Group Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes. (ii) Entrants who are absent from “Client Appreciation Day” are consider an automatic disqualification.
10. TAX INFORMATION: All applicable governmental taxes, if any, on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner of such prize.
11. REST OF CANADA: This Sweepstakes is for residents of the province of Ontario Only., any litigation must be commenced in the City of Barrie, Ontario.
12. APPLICABLE LAWS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
